When we receive your pet, a stainless-steel tag with an ID number will immediately be assigned, and this tag will stay with your pet throughout the entire process and will be returned in the urn with your pet’s cremains.
Some pet owners express concern and find themselves wondering “How do I know this is really my pet’s cremains?’ It’s important to us for the pet owner to have peace of mind.
The customer can take comfort in knowing the tag is inside to serve as confirmation.
Your pet will be returned in a rosewood urn either to your home or veterinarian’s office within 5 business days or sooner. Private cremations are priced depending on the weight of the pet.
